Terms and Conditions

Apply to all transactions on the website owned by Goatherdess, also referred to as ‘We'. Please read them through before placing your order. We may occasionally change these terms without notice to our clients, also referred to as ‘You' and changes will apply to all subsequent orders. The products offered on this website shall be governed by Scottish Law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

  • To minimise waste, all items are made to order. Orders will take 3 to 4 weeks for to be made and dispatched depending on the complexity of the garment. We will notify you when your purchase is in production, and again when it has been dispatched.

  • To ensure that you receive your garment as quickly as possible after production all items are sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm or Parcel Force. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

  • By accessing, browsing and using our website you acknowledge your agreement to the following laws and regulations. The website are Copyright © 2026 Goatherdess. All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content of the website remain vested in us. The material and content of the website and packs are for your personal, non-commercial use only and you may only download such material required to make a purchase. Any other use of the material and content of this website is not allowed.

  • Goatherdess is fully PCI DSS Compliant. Online card payments are made using the payment gateway hosted by Stripe and Paypal (a Paypal account is NOT required). All credit card information is encrypted prior to authorisation and your details are not filed on our computer systems.

  • We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or faulty merchandise for return or exchange. We do not accept returns on bespoke items or items made to clients size measurements. For returns received within 14 days of delivery, we will refund your original form of payment.

    Any defective goods or discrepancies noted need to be notified within 3 Working days of receipt either by calling 07794 596715 or contacting us via our Contact Form. We will make arrangements to replace or refund your purchases. Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received back in perfect, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition. Goatherdess cannot be held responsible for delays or losses by the Postal Service. For your protection, please send all returns via a recorded delivery service. Return postage is at cost to the client. Unfortunately we cannot refund on original postage and handling costs. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

  • The price charged and the one you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order.
    If however we discover an error in the price of goods ordered, we will write to you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the new price or cancelling your order.
